Service Description

Function + Flow is a restorative program by Reshmi Chetram. In this 45 minute session you will work to release stagnant energy, ease your nervous system, reflect and restore your internal well-being. This class is a YIN style class, done at a slow to medium pace. Function + Flow blends functional mobility sequences, breathwork, somatic movement, sound frequency and restorative movement. Led by Reshmi Chetram

Cancellation Policy

Reysh Rituals requires 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your scheduled appointment. Please note that appointments notified after 24 hours are considered missed appointments and will be charged 75% of the service fee. (i.e $95.00 service = $71.25 missed appointment fee.) If Reysh Rituals cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a new date option or a full refund for your appointment.
