Sanctum - An Integrative Nervous System Regulation Experience
Sanctum is a 90-minute small-cohort group care experience led by Reshmi Chetram, RCRT,
Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist and member of the Reflexology Association of Canada.
Designed for five participants, Sanctum integrates reflexology-informed touch, guided breath regulation, subtle somatic movement, and structured moments of silence to support nervous system settling and embodied integration.
This is not a class- Instead, Sanctum offers a professionally held environment where the body is supported in shifting from activation toward regulation - from external demand toward internal awareness.
Grounded in complementary therapeutic principles and trauma-aware facilitation, the session supports:
