Methodology
My passion and work are deeply rooted in human emotion, the nervous system, and the body’s ability to restore itself through natural modalities, integrative health experiences, and bioenergetics. My signature approach blends reflexology, energetics, light therapy and somatic movement into sessions that help clients restore energy, focus, and nervous system balance.
I have the privilege of working with clients locally across Ontario, Canada, as well as internationally in London, Dubai, Los Angeles, and New York.
This work has never been about quick fixes.
It’s about sustainable, informed, and embodied change.

An RR Member is a client who pre-books within four weeks of their previous appointment. RR Members received a preferred rate for care at Reysh Rituals, along with first access to dates.
